Reservations are accepted by telephone (daily after 2pm): 12 349 05 42 or email biuro@houseofbeerkrakow.com.
Reservations for groups of more than 15 people require email contact.
Table reservations at our venue are possible any day of the week and are free of charge.
Some of the most common issues regarding bookings:
● The number of reservations we accept is limited.
● We do not accept reservations for specific seats, but will of course consider all requests where possible.
● We reserve the right to disconnect tables not used by you if the number of people is less than what was agreed when we accepted the booking.
● We send VAT invoices by email within seven working days.
● For larger groups we offer the option of ordering on individual or joint accounts, opened by name or password. We often use coloured paper wristbands for easy identification and are assigned to a specific group account.
● For special events it is possible to bring a cake to us, but we require you to leave the staff a receipt or photocopy of the receipt from where the cake was purchased. These cannot be home baked goods. You are also very welcome to bring your own crockery for the cake, we recommend paper plates and cutlery.
● By prior arrangement it is possible to order food from our kitchen for a specific time.
● We have a room with projector, sound system and microphone, seating approximately 60 people.
● It is possible to rent the entire basement for a conference or special event.
